Discover the true Voodoo and how wrong Hollywood has got it. Learn the origins of all Voodoo and the 3 main practices in New Orleans--African, Hattian, and New Orleans Voodoo. Visit Congo square, one of the many places our voodoo rituals took place and still do today. Then take a stroll through the French Quarter and lean how all of this started.

Discover the rich history of New Orleans and the French Quarter, or Vieux Carre. Officially founded in 1718, New Orleans has over 300 years of history to tell. Learn about our arduous beginnings, melting-pot culture, history of voodoo, architecture, and more. Then visit our oldest standing City of the Dead (St. Louis #1). Hear about our burial practices, tomb construction and symbolism, and the stories of the dead and famous houses in the cemetery.

$1 from each ticket purchase is given to the New Orleans Archdiocese for cemetery maintenance and tomb restoration.

THE FINE PRINT: All guests on tours must be EITHER 21 years of age or more, unless accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or more. All tours must have a minimum of 6 guests booked 2 hours prior to tour start time, or they will be cancelled. You will have the option of a refund or reschedule if tours are cancelled for lack of guests scheduling. You are not required to supply all 6 guests. We do not supply any beverages or food, but they will be available near by for purchase. Please meet 30 minutes prior to the tour start at our start point. Tours run rain or shine. Any cancellations by us will occur no less than 2 hours prior to tour departure, with the EXCEPTION of hazardous weather events or other circumstances beyond our control.
